How to Make a Complaint

Our Process
Acknowledgement
We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 working days.
Investigation
We will investigate your complaint thoroughly and may contact you for additional information.
Response
We aim to provide a full response within 14 working days. If we need more time, we will let you know.
Resolution
We will explain our findings and any action we intend to take.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate your complaint to:
Bar Standards Board
For complaints about a Barrister's conduct or service
Legal Ombudsman
For complaints about the service provided by a Barrister
Information Commissioner's Office
